To help us serve you quickly and efficiently, please have the following documents available when you meet with your FCN Loan Officer:

• Government-issued photo ID
• Most recent 30 days of pay stubs (including year-to-date totals)
• Last two (2) months of bank statements
• W-2 forms from the past two (2) years
• Personal tax returns for the past two (2) years, including all schedules (if applicable)
• Business tax returns for the past two (2) years (if applicable)
• Signed purchase agreement (if applicable)
